IT IS not the critic who counts,

(THIS is a poem, attributed to Theodore Roosevelt, the American President from
1901-1909, that was quoted by my boss, Tan Sri Bernard Dompok, to conclude his
welcoming speech at the Upko National Convention 2009 which was officiated
by Prime Minister, Dato Sri Mohd Najib Tun Razak in Sabah Cultural Centre, Penampang, on Sunday, 8 November 2009.
The more than 4,000 people received the poem, and the speech as a whole
very very well. Am sure, Upko will continue to sing this line for a long
time to come.... I pray, in the arena)

A great and beautiful poem is meaningless if it is only a lip-service, UPKO must prepare now because the situation in the coming GE13 will be a different ball game, just remember that BN has lost its 2/3 majority in Parliament now and the rakyat of Sabah has just been awaken by this tsunami because all these years they thought that BN is invisible.
Furthermore, the two YBs from Penampang who are incidentaly the President of UPKO were in a hard time when they were critized by his own people due to their "tidak turun padang" they don't know what happened in their own constituency even though its a development or invaded by PTIs in the town and kampung.
When the Moyog YB confirmed it in the press that "they are in the dark" for the third time, the rakyat in Penampang and Moyog has lost confidence of these leaders and as what I've said as above, be prepared or else got slaughtered like in'99.
